You might be admiring this photo of Peggy. Peggy is a full-bred Labrador Retriever with papers, just 17 weeks old. She was born with malformed elbows. We just learned today that a very generous surgeon will be donating his services to correct this problem, but we still need to cover her surgical expenses.
